What's the email about?
Bug report
Subject line: "Bug Report". Include iOS version, app version (Profile → Settings), and steps to reproduce.
Feature request
Subject: "Feature Request". Tell us what you wish the app did and why. We read all of them.
Press & partnerships
Subject: "Press" or "Partnership". Tell us a bit about your outlet, club, or event.
Account help
Subject: "Account Help". Include the email address on your account so we can find it quickly.
How fast we reply
Usually within 24 hours, sometimes the same day, occasionally up to 48 hours on weekends. AstroCaddy is a one-person operation, so replies come from a real person — not an automated ticketing system.
Other ways to reach us
We don't have a Discord, Twitter, or Reddit presence yet. Email is the only channel we monitor. Anyone claiming to be official AstroCaddy support on another platform isn't us.
