AstroCaddy subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
iOS: Open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → AstroCaddy and tap Cancel Subscription.
Android: Open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → AstroCaddy → Cancel subscription.
You'll keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
In the AstroCaddy app, go to Profile → Settings and tap Delete account at the bottom. This permanently deletes your profile, observations, equipment, posts, and other data within 30 days.
If you can't access the app, email astrocaddydev@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email address on your account, and we'll delete it for you.
Open the app, sign in, then go to Profile → Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same App Store or Play Store account you originally subscribed with.
For bugs: email astrocaddydev@gmail.com with the subject "Bug Report" and include the iOS/Android version, the app version (in Profile → Settings), and steps to reproduce.
For inappropriate posts, comments, or users: tap the ··· menu next to the content and choose Report, or email us directly.
Subscription payments are processed by Apple or Google, so refund requests must go through them directly:
